Gene Roberts:
As employees of Northwest Florida Blood Center we will strive to put our established Core Values into practice and meet all of our customer’s needs. 
We are a service organization and the “bottom line” is service to the community. Our goal is to treat everyone in a friendly, positive manner, and to ensure that you have a positive experience while visiting our center. We will always remember to treat each donor with the respect & caring manner that they deserve. We will continue to fulfill our Commitment to Service Excellence.
We need the help of our regular donors, and other civic-minded people to help us with meeting the needs of this community through donation of funds. Every dollar counts, and will help us to pay for facilities, laboratory equipment, and testing to keep our blood products as safe as they can be.
And, you can also have an impact by the Donation of Funds to save the lives of your neighbors in this community.
